Kerf Sandal

A flip-flop designed entirely with 1/8” masonite and wood glue. The flip-flop was sliced in Fusion360 to create 33 unique cross-sections. 3 kerf patterns were incorporated into this shoe, seen at the front, the strap, and the toe thong. The 3 kerf patterns were used to be able to fit the user’s foot and to be able to flex when walking.
