Flat Pack

A dining/desk chair designed using Adobe Illustrator and Fusion360. The parts were cut from 1/3 of a sheet of oriented strand board (OSB) using a waterjet. The cuttable surface amounted to about 32”x48”.

All of the chair pieces can be flat packed in a 1” thick carton and can be assembled easily by the consumer. This chair has two height settings to allow the user to sit at either 17” or 6” from the ground.
